The Handoff delivery model
Work flows through a real org chart — CEO → CTO → PM → engineers → QA — where each agent has a defined role and a codified playbook. Ten agents, multiple models (Claude + Codex), coordinating like a team you'd hire, minus the overhead.
Nothing ships past an approval gate without human sign-off. Every task, decision and dollar is tracked, and acceptance is a binary check — curl, grep, Playwright — never a vibe. That governance is why we can move fast without moving recklessly.
In roughly ten weeks the org shipped 838 issues across WAIB and Greespi, relaunched two WordPress sites on Next.js, and ran a full growth stack for a D2C brand — all under the same model.
